Ford is facing a number of class action lawsuits because of this transmission. I was one of the hundreds of thousands of people Ford has defrauded with this transmission. I bought a 2020 Expedition from Friendly Ford in 2020 for $64,500. The state of my vehcle today is it has 55.500 miles on it and it is a death trap. I complained to Ford 5 times about the transmission. Problems started immediately. Ford has completed major repairs on the transmission 3 times and has never been able to fix it. I have 5 children and my wife will no longer drive the car with the kids in it. Some of the particular scary moments we have had in the car are when it hesitates and will not go into gear, imagine making a left turn in a busy intersection and you step on the gas and the car hesitates as oncoming traffic is coming at you. Recently was on the freeway and a semi did not see me and was coming over into my lane I floored it and the vehicle did not respond. I had to swerve onto the shoulder to avoid the accident. Ford knows this transmission is bad yet Ford just attempts to make it as hard as possible to beat them in court. Avoid Fords at all costs do your research and buy from another company.. More

Be aware that they take appointments, but they cannot service your car for anything more than an oil change the same day, they will keep your car 2-3 weeks BEFORE a tech sees it and tell you what needs t service your car for anything more than an oil change the same day, they will keep your car 2-3 weeks BEFORE a tech sees it and tell you what needs to be done. Buy your car there and change it every 2 years or else you will be let down when you need help. That is "Friendly Ford" of Las Vegas, North Decatur. Two service people told me the same story. I wanted to buy a replacement for my Edge, but now, I will take my business elsewhere. More

good folks to deal with Randy was great to work with through the order process all the way until I picked up the truck. He was strait up about the time frame of each step and Randy was great to work with through the order process all the way until I picked up the truck. He was strait up about the time frame of each step and the money involved. In terms of the timeline Ford beat his estimated time at each step which was a pleasant surprise. There were no hidden add on costs, when the time came to sign I knew all the costs before hand. Overall I would recommend these guys to friends. More

Great experience! I have been purchasing vehicles at Friendly Ford since 1999 and have never been disappointed. The customer service is fantastic. I continue to receive follow up from Randy Block on my car I bought two years ago just to see how I am doing and if there is anything he can do. The shuttle driver always has me to work on time and is a please to ride with. I would refer this team and location to everyone I can. More
