Finally at 325,000 miles the Prius is near ready for retirement, as is another car we own, we naturally came to Marque for help looking for a vehicle. As far as what the truck looked like when I picked it up just average.'They left a small Scratch rite on the drivers door very noticeable. They touched it up and it was fine. Didnt start out verywell. Purchased my vehicle at Herb Chambers Toyota. In Auburn. Found the vehicle at Herb Chambers Infinity. They went and picked it up for me. First the cd player didnt work, now it does. And now that it works, I cant play any cds because they got stolen out of my car, also my mass pike transponder, my grandaughters carseat. Also a new steering wheel cover. You just cant make this stuff up. They brought my vehicle to westboro on March 14, which is a Monday. Spoke to Lisa in the service dept, she stated they couldnt fix it. So they called Dan in Auburn. Stated they brought it to Braintree on Thursday, which is March 17th. So where was my car Tuesday and Wednesday. The GM in Braintree stated they didnt receive my vehicle until Thursday. The GM in Braintree stated they fixed my car and then went back to Auburn. More
