Everyone I interacted with during the process was friendly, respectful, and did not try to take advantage of the situation despite me being a young car buyer. While waiting for the vehicle the internet sales representatives and my sales person were always quick to answer any questions or provide updates on the vehicle status. Once the vehicle arrived, the whole process through finance and vehicle delivery and registration went well. If you are an educated buyer and would like to avoid the hassle at many of the other Toyota dealers in the area Herb Chambers is the place for you. Excellent customer service! More

Satisfied out-of-state buyer We were a bit apprehensive about purchasing a new car from a dealer who was so far out away from us and out of state at that, almost an hour away from We were a bit apprehensive about purchasing a new car from a dealer who was so far out away from us and out of state at that, almost an hour away from our home in Connecticut. However, we were able to get the car we wanted at the price we were willing to pay and the process was flawless including bringing in the car from another dealer north of Boston then registering it in Connecticut and delivering it to our doorstep. We already knew what we wanted when we called Herb Chambers Toyota looking for pricing. We did most of our negotiating over the telephone. Sales person Francisco Ardon managed the process for us so that we only had to confirm the details and sign the paperwork when we came for our visit. Our only criticism is that we spent too much time at the dealership waiting to finalize the financing paperwork. Toyota was offering promotional interest rates which attracted a lot of interest and that seems to have caused a bottleneck in the financing office. Still, it was worth the wait for a terrific rate and, once we got into the office, things went quickly and we were on our way. A couple of days later Francisco met us at our door and handed us the keys. Before he left he patiently walked us through the operating instructions for the various bells, whistles and safety features of our new Rav4 Hybrid. This review page does not offer a place to rate our new Rav4 Hybrid but it deserves five stars of its own. More

This is my third time out if the box with Jimmy and the experience in working with him has just been delightful. Additionally, kudos to Daniel Bortolussi the manager for running an outstanding dealership. He has never failed to stop by and say hello when I am there for service or the leasing of a new vehicle. I would be remiss If I did not mention Shawn Merrick who completed the transaction smoothly and efficiently in rapid time. A real professional. Of course I stopped by to say hello to Jeff Krasner who runs a wonderful service department and I already have my six month service booked with Alyssa Barile. In the final analysis dealing with the Chambers organization is like dealing with family. It is truly a wonderful experience. More
