The representative helping us was wonderful however, the dealership has been issues since day one. We drive over 45 minutes each way every time we take the car to get serviced and it’s always an issue or mi dealership has been issues since day one. Not only do the salesmen surround your car before you even park and get out your car trying to get you into something else but also always a minimum of a 4- hour wait for any work to be complete. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. More

Service was great although I do have a concern as to if the fluids were topped off with the oil change. This was a free oil change due to the extended warranty and when I came home I had to fill the washer the fluids were topped off with the oil change. This was a free oil change due to the extended warranty and when I came home I had to fill the washer fluid so it makes me concerned that the other levels were not checked. More

Is the worse place to go. No point if making an appointment when they don’t honor it. You get a 7 am appointment and its 10 am and your car has not been touched. Then the manager wants to give you a sorry excuse saying “That’s the Way it is every where” or “ We only have 1 person that deals with EV cars. Sorry Chrisy NOT the CUSTOMERS problem! More
