Things have turned around at heiser. The service experience was top notch. Toyota Tom Lowther was my service advisor and he recommended the transmission flush with i had done. Not good customer service, when I came in, no one acknowledged me and kept passing me and looking at me while they were helping other customer. In the past somebody will say” good morning, I will be acknowledged me and kept passing me and looking at me while they were helping other customer. In the past somebody will say” good morning, I will be right with you”. At the end because there was a survey they started to be nice. More
