I've considered purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee for several months now, and after countless hours of online research and speaking with numerous Jeep owners I was convinced that Jeep was for me. So I go to this "Big Name" dealership off Route 22 where I I was treated like a dollar sign instead of a person, I felt extremely uncomfortable and pressured; and needless to say I did not purchase that day and walked out. The following day I spoke to a friend who recommended Sergio. I went to meet him over at Salerno Duane. No pressure, no frills, and he turned out to be a very patient and knowledgeable salesperson. He answered all my questions put my mind at ease and less then a week later I had my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT parked in my driveway. I can not say enough good things about the Sergio and the folks over at Salerno Duane. They are by far the definition of professionalism and set the mark for other Jeep dealers. More

Salesmen like Sergio give a dealership an A+ grade in my book. Also, one day when Sergio was not there, I called with a question, and a gentleman named Mike answered the phone. Even though I was not his customer, he couldn't have been more responsive and courteous. I was very impressed. Jeff the finance man was also extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. My sister bought the same model car in 1997 at this dealership. Always had a good experience with the service department.
