This was my first time buying (financing) with this dealership and I have to say I do not regret going here to get a new vehicle. I dealt with Mr. Sergio Ovalle. I have to say he is a top notch sales r dealership and I have to say I do not regret going here to get a new vehicle. I dealt with Mr. Sergio Ovalle. I have to say he is a top notch sales representative and I am glad to have spoken with him the day that I was there, besides him speaking spanish which I think was very usefull in my situation he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking for. He had an answer for every question we had. At no time I felt rushed to quickly agree to something like I previously had been in a jeep dealership in Verona NJ, I just wish I had come here in the first place. I want to thank Mr. Sergio Ovalle for his help, opinions, professionalism, and for truly making this a comfortable experience. If I have the chance I would definetly recommend friends, family to go to this dealership and to ask for Mr. Ovalle. MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO SALERNO DAUNE BECAUSE OF AN ADVERTISEMENT IN THE NEWSPAPER. WHEN WE WALKED IN SERGIO OVALLE GREETED US IMMEDIATELY AND WE TOLD HIM ABOUT THE AD. HE TOLD US WHAT JEEPS HE HAD AV ADVERTISEMENT IN THE NEWSPAPER. WHEN WE WALKED IN SERGIO OVALLE GREETED US IMMEDIATELY AND WE TOLD HIM ABOUT THE AD. HE TOLD US WHAT JEEPS HE HAD AVAILABLE AND THERE WERE NO SURPRISE COSTS OR GIMMICKS REGARDING THE AD. HE WAS UPFRONT ABOUT EVERYTHING AND HE TOLD US ALL OF OUR OPTIONS WITHOUT PLAYING GAMES AND GOING BACK AND FORTH FROM A BACK ROOM LIKE OTHER DEALERS. WE HAD BEEN OUT ALL DAY COMPARING PRICES AT MULTIPLE JEEP DEALERS AND THE SERVICE DIDNT COME CLOSE AND THE PRICES WERE BEST AT SALERNO DUANE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AND SALESMAN. More
