On 10/28 I was told that TPMS was not covered and when I was there on 11/19 for the other side I found out it was covered and asked about a refund and wanted to speak with a manager. I also told them I spoke with a mechanic and it is not required to get them both done on the same side like I was told. I spoke with the manager John K and he was nonchalant about my experience and stated that life was too short to argue when I was telling him about my frustration about paying when it was covered. He said she was new and made a mistake. I was told that I was going to be refunded but had to wait for a check to be mailed to me. The whole experience with the service dept was a fiasco to deal with and how I felt did not feel validated. I was offered a free oil change and asked what would make me happy. I feel like as a customer I should not have to wait to be reimbursed when it was their error. This is my 3rd car from them and the service dept quality is declining since I 1st became a customer. I arrived at 9:45 am and left after noon. I was the last person in the lobby for sales at that time. More

Appalling customer service. -I was scheduled for a 9:00 am appointment to get the Works package and have front inner fender liners installed which I purchased from Ford parts. -I was scheduled for a 9:00 am appointment to get the Works package and have front inner fender liners installed which I purchased from Ford parts. I was told it would take 1.5 to 2 hours and I could wait for it. -I was on-time and decided not to wait. I left with my wife. -Thats the last time I heard from Ganley Ford. -At 2:00 pm I called to get the status and was told the truck was still sitting outside and had not been brought into the garage to start anything. -I told them I needed the truck that afternoon at 4:00 pm so don't do anything to it and I will pick it up. -Picked up truck and left. -I won't be back More

I had them repair a tie rod end and do an alignment on my F250. Within a month or so, there was an issue with the upper and lower rubber boots on that side. I called them up and they were super helpful and a F250. Within a month or so, there was an issue with the upper and lower rubber boots on that side. I called them up and they were super helpful and apologetic for the issues. I scheduled another visit to their location and they took care of the issues, no questions asked. Very nice customer service people. Would recommend again. More
