Cannot praise Ken Ganley Ford of Norton enough. Christian our sales rep was kind and courteous. Was knowledgeable on the vehicle we were interested in, and found us a great deal on our new Badlands Christian our sales rep was kind and courteous. Was knowledgeable on the vehicle we were interested in, and found us a great deal on our new Badlands Bronco Sport. Wife loves it, husband loved how they worked with us to get our best deal. The entire staff from sales to financing, to the service department was wonderful. This was my best experience purchasing a new car in my 62 years. Cannot recommend them more. Typical bait and switch greedy dealership. Told them our budget for a used car was $15,000 max. Salesman said he had several options within that price range. Showed me 4 cars that were suppose Told them our budget for a used car was $15,000 max. Salesman said he had several options within that price range. Showed me 4 cars that were supposedly in our budget. After showing interest in one of the cars, the price was now over $16,000 and non negotiable to get close to our budget. They used it as bait knowing it was listed for more than we wanted to spend. Buyer beware! More

I thought I purchased a car from here, but 30 some days later, they wanted it back, because I changed jobs in the middle of a transaction. They also said something was wrong with my check stubs. Kevin was later, they wanted it back, because I changed jobs in the middle of a transaction. They also said something was wrong with my check stubs. Kevin was the guy who called for it back. He sent someone to come pick up the vehicle from me and so far I asked for my deposit back and hasn’t seen proof that it was reversed. Kevin told me at first that he’ll issue it once the vehicle is back on the lot and once I contacted him another time, he said he’ ll issue it once the service department finish checking it out. Yall had the vehicle since yesterday where’s my refund? This should have been taking care of. I guess further steps is needed…You don’t play with people hard earned money… More
