I would leave a 0 star if it were possible. Beware of this dealership. Service is non existent. Customer service and communication is also non existent. This is the 2nd Hyundai I’ve owned and completely regret both of them. First one was stolen by a stranger. Second one was basically stolen by the dealership. I bought this 2024 Santa Cruz in November brand new. Haven’t seen it since mid April, with not resolution in sight. Worst part is they can’t figure out what’s wrong with it and continue to charge me almost $800 a month. I am completely disappointed with this service. Never once heard from a so called service manager yet alone anyone with information about a path forward. On top of this we get a renewal notice from dmv regarding the vehicle we traded into Hyundai. Lots of empty promises. Would not recommend this dealership or Hyundai in general. Piece of junk foreign car. More

Scott responded to me and and basically insulted me and said i got what i signed for when i bought the car. Ive bought lots of vehicles from Lithia dealerships. but never again. I ended up doing my service said i got what i signed for when i bought the car. Ive bought lots of vehicles from Lithia dealerships. but never again. I ended up doing my service at Carson City Hyundai. Nothing but praise for them. Honest friendly and do exactly what they say they would. All i can say is if you buy a vehicle from Lithia Hyundai make sure you read all your paper work carefully in sales and finance. Very DISHONEST. I do love my Santa Fe Hybrid though. Great vehicle!! The dealers are okay, maintenance on the other hand…fire em all. I’ve been waiting on a tire because mine had a bubble since Saturday it’s now Thursday. And yes singular tire.
