I am delighted with Lithia Hyundai of Reno. My Tucson (brand new) came with a small Bluelink issue from the factory that was difficult to correct. When Bluelink technicians working off property My Tucson (brand new) came with a small Bluelink issue from the factory that was difficult to correct. When Bluelink technicians working off property were difficult to interact with - Dan, Anthony and Joe were supportive in helping get the answer and advocating for me! They made me feel like part of a team. I am so grateful for their help. My Tucson is now functioning perfectly and brings joy whenever I start it up. Failed to listen to my address and now I have to jump through hoops to get the information that they want. If they had just listened to me then they would have had a happy customer. But now I have to change all of my bills because they didn't want to use the address that I told them to use. Bills can take up to 90 days to take affect. All they wanted to do was sell a car and not listen. Now they pester me every day like it's my fault that they didn't listen. More
