Scott Lambert is one of the best Service Writers I've had in the 35 years of having a Mercedes ... he frequently is able to correct items there on the spot. Friendly and knowledgeable ... makes the extra eff in the 35 years of having a Mercedes ... he frequently is able to correct items there on the spot. Scott Lambert is excellent and you are lucky to have him representing you. As for the new dealership ownership it is disappointing. It is obvious that $$$ is the most important thing and not the customer. E representing you. As for the new dealership ownership it is disappointing. It is obvious that $$$ is the most important thing and not the customer. Examples - $600 to replace a battery, constant barrage of marketing material, and credit card service charges ( which by the way the dealership is also making additional profit.) How many customers carry $600.00, $1,000.00, or $2,500.00 or more with them? Probably none, so the customer is forced to pay the credit card fee. A poor way to achieve customer retention. As much as I love my two Mercedes, when replacement time comes I will now be looking at other options. More

Scott Lambert is my service representative. He is THE REASON I love this Mercedes. Scott is available 24/7. I texted him on a Sunday night not expecting a response he responded in 5 minutes an He is THE REASON I love this Mercedes. Scott is available 24/7. I texted him on a Sunday night not expecting a response he responded in 5 minutes and had me scheduled! He is so friendly, very knowledgeable and he is great at putting in a loaner that I can test out because I'm on my 4th mercedes and will soon be on my 5th. The last loaner I'll probably buy. Excellent service doesn't even begin to describe Scott. The best service rep I've ever had! More
