The dealership stepped in to buy back the car and got her into a newer vehicle that was perfect for her. Special shout-out to Sam, the general manager, who made the whole process seamless, Sarah, the sales rep who found the perfect car, and John, the finance manager, who worked out a great deal on the warranty and GAP insurance.
