I am extremely disappointed in this dealership. I bought a 2021 Acura ILX last year at St Charles cdjr dealership. I purchased a almost 4500 dollar aftermarket full bumper to bumper warranty. Inclu I bought a 2021 Acura ILX last year at St Charles cdjr dealership. I purchased a almost 4500 dollar aftermarket full bumper to bumper warranty. Including the engine and transmission, just to find out that headlights are not covered. After I bought it, within about a month I took it in twice for a headlight issue, they looked at it they said everything was fine I still have the ongoing issue which is deteriorating over time turns out I would have to have both headlights replaced and the aftermarket warranty company is not going to cover the claim. It is not just a simple bulb . It is the whole headlight assembly, driver and passenger side headlights. The warranty company will not approve the claim and it would be almost $4400.00 to replace both headlights with the labor. I got back to the St. Charles CDJR dealership and I explained to them the situation, and they are just giving me the runaround. I spoke with the GM, the GM's assistant, and the BCM assistant. I wound up taking the vehicle to an Acura dealership. Their technicians said that there is a problem with the headlamps. I wound up spending $219 for a diagnostic fee because the warranty company would not approve the claim. St Charles cdjr dealership is not doing anything about it. Besides giving me the runaround. I was supposed to go in tomorrow to have them do a complimentary inspection for the vehicle. I am not going to go tomorrow. I am tired of the runaround. I believe the dealership knew the headlights were faulty to start with. I am very disappointed in this dealership. More

With the help of multiple employees here I was able to make a vehicle purchase quick and painless. My current vehicle had been totaled out from an accident and upon finding the vehicle I wanted they quick make a vehicle purchase quick and painless. My current vehicle had been totaled out from an accident and upon finding the vehicle I wanted they quickly got the paperwork started and the vehicle was ready the next day. Bc they are an hour from me they were understanding of the later arrival time and Frank, my salesman, even picked me up from the car rental place. Not only was the vehicle just as promised, the paperwork was already prepped and ready to go, the manager was super helpful in finalizing numbers and warranty’s, and Sam the other manager made the entire experience amazing with a ring of the bell, well wishes, and a promise of excellent care going forward and I believe him to the max. Thanks everyone!!! More

Initially i had a positive review for my experience leasing the car from this dealership and dealing with Matthew Darovec and his manager but i had to change it to negative unfortunately! When i lease leasing the car from this dealership and dealing with Matthew Darovec and his manager but i had to change it to negative unfortunately! When i leased my car i was promised that all of the maintenance for the car including oil changes will be included by the term of my lease. When i sign the documents it showed only 4 oil changes included but they assured me that all the leased vehicle oil changes are covered by them until the lease term end and don't have to worry about what they stated in the documents. When i used my initial 4 oil changes they changed the story and start charging for the remaining of the regular oil changes and even had a courage to tell me a lies into my face that they don't remember and they just following whats in the signed documents, when i tried to dispute the charges. It's my mistake believing their words and promises instead of forcing them that to be stated in the documents. I just didn't realize that they will be such a dishonest people, xxxxxxxxxx and scammers. Ill also make a complain with BBB and let everyone know about my experience and will make sure do not fall again on a fake promises and to have all of that on paper because they are not keeping to the deal and their promises unless you have that on a paper. They will lose many customers like this over few hundred dollars worth of oil changes! Will never be a Jeep customer again! Avoid this dealership at all costs!!! More

STAY AWAY! I purchased a 2022 Jeep Wrangler in May 2024 for my 16 year old son from sales rep Dan. Within the first few weeks of having the car, we noticed it r I purchased a 2022 Jeep Wrangler in May 2024 for my 16 year old son from sales rep Dan. Within the first few weeks of having the car, we noticed it running hard and the brakes squeaking. The car has been serviced twice by St Charles Jeep and both times, we were told there was nothing wrong with the car. After continuing to deal with issues, we took it to another Jeep dealership to be serviced to find out that not only were the brakes bad but that there were other mechanical issues with the car. My 16 year old son mainly drives this car so to have this dealership continue to tell us that there was nothing wrong it put my son's life at risk. Its appalling and the unfortunate side of this is there is no recourse on our end. We are stuck with a poorly presented car from an extremely unreliable and untrustworthy dealership. The best I can do is share my experience to help keep others from purchasing from this dealership. More

I can’t recommend St. Charles Jeep Chrysler Dodge enough! My sister recently purchased a car from them, and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure she was take Charles Jeep Chrysler Dodge enough! My sister recently purchased a car from them, and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of. After having issues with her first Jeep, they fixed everything without any hesitation or questions asked. Unfortunately, the car broke down, and the repairs were too expensive. The dealership stepped in to buy back the car and got her into a newer vehicle that was perfect for her. Special shout-out to Sam, the general manager, who made the whole process seamless, Sarah, the sales rep who found the perfect car, and John, the finance manager, who worked out a great deal on the warranty and GAP insurance. They really worked hard to keep everything within her budget. This was an incredible experience—100/10 highly recommend! If you’re looking for a dealership that truly cares, this is the place! More
