Amazing people! Beautiful dealership! Okay so I can't even begin to describe how absolutely thrilled I am with my recent experience with Kelly Ford. Don't tell them, but I legit feel like Okay so I can't even begin to describe how absolutely thrilled I am with my recent experience with Kelly Ford. Don't tell them, but I legit feel like I walked out robbing them (lol) instead of vice versa. From the awesome salesmen who took amazing care of me (Ed Stalling and Greg Kroupa) to the VP who got me a water and continously checked on me, to finance who made it a breeze to deal with (sandy and carlos) and to Cheryl who took me through my entire system and answered all my questions! I REALLY appreciate all the help Kelly Ford has provided me and my family! I am a guaranteed customer for life! And my new 2016 Ford Fusion it's absolutely stunning! She floats like a million dollar boatboat! Thank you so much Kelly Ford!!! More

Very happy we had Buz and Sandy working with us! We had been looking for quite a long time for the truck we thought would work for us. Many decisions and much confusion. We had Buzz Simon as our sale We had been looking for quite a long time for the truck we thought would work for us. Many decisions and much confusion. We had Buzz Simon as our sales agent and arrange our ride. He is friendly, genuinely cheerful, and no pressure, so we felt comfortable right away. Also he seemed to appreciate our sense of humor. We just liked the guy. Appreciated he was not pushy. Then the serious business when we drove one, came back the next day, drove another, and then made our decision on the first one we drove after all. Then he worked with us to bring it to a sale. The best guy we have dealt with yet with looking for a vehicle. Felt pretty good throughout. Then we were helped by Sandy Smith in finance and she was great too! Very knowledgable and a great personality. Again felt comfortable. She worked real good with us when we had to make a change to something. Appreciate her patience and understanding. We are hopeful all this good stuff will continue with service after the sale of our new truck. THAT will really be the BEST. Thank you Buzz-Man and Sandy! And we luv our truck! More

Obviously Ford is a great product, couple that with the Kelly Ford customer experience, I couldn't be happier. Worked with Charlie McCarthy and Tristan Palmer on the sales team. Both fine gentlemen, made sure that I was completely satisfied with my truck that I had picked out and worked tirelessly making sure that I was comfortable with the terms of my purchase. They both took great care of my customer needs throughout the whole purchasing process, going the extra mile, in every facet of the experience. Sandy and Carlos were great in Finance, making this by far the best car buying experience I've had to date! If you are looking for a new Ford, Kelly Ford is your dealership. More

Sandy in Finance is amazing! I called in with some questions for the finance department and was lucky enough to get in touch with Sandy. Not only did she stop what she was doing o I called in with some questions for the finance department and was lucky enough to get in touch with Sandy. Not only did she stop what she was doing on the last day of the month (which can be extremely busy for car dealers), she went out of her way to answer my questions and walk me through my issue. Great Experience!! We had a wonderful experience at Kelly Ford! Thanks to the whole team that worked with us! They did not have the car we wanted on the lot so Chris Hil We had a wonderful experience at Kelly Ford! Thanks to the whole team that worked with us! They did not have the car we wanted on the lot so Chris Hill found it for us with no pressure to buy one he had on the lot. They transported it across the state and he still gave us a fantastic deal! The two girls that we worked with in the business office knew just what paperwork needed to be done, and they were very efficient in doing everything. When we came to get the car, all the paperwork was ready for us to sign. Cheryl Shaton spent an hour and a half with us, explaining how all of the functions in the car work, and believe me, this car is amazing! She made us feel that we can call her anytime for a review or to have her answer our questions. Amazing service, amazing car, we couldn't be happier!! More

Above and beyond to make the deal work, no stress. We were shopping for a used vehicle to downsize from our F250 Superduty. The Ford Edge, Nissan Murano and the Ford Escape were the models we were interested in. We had planned to stop at several dealerships in the Melbourne area to find what we were looking for. Our first stop was Kelly Ford in Melbourne. Needles to say, we never went to look anywhere else and we left there with a 2011 Edge that had just under 40K miles on it. The car had all the options we wanted and the color was perfect. The sales staff Dave and Jeff were very professional and friendly. Then Sandy in the finance department finalized the deal by getting us financing on the spot. You could not ask for a better crew. More

A First in My Car Buying Experience I was in need of a replacement for my previous car and was making the rounds of dealers which was a daunting task until I arrived at Kelley Ford. Chri I was in need of a replacement for my previous car and was making the rounds of dealers which was a daunting task until I arrived at Kelley Ford. Christopher Hill was my first contact and was a welcome change from all of my previous contacts. Attentive to my needs, he was both courteous and enthusiastic in meeting my requirements. Additionally, he was considerate of my physical limitations and went far beyond what I anticipated to make my stay at the dealership both pleasant and comfortable. He brought the car I wanted to my apartment to inspect and took my car back to the dealership for evaluation, thereby saving me a tiring situation. The sum total of my experience was something I have never before experienced at a dealer and was not only welcome but greatly appreciated in making my day. Sandra Smith also took special attention to ensuring all documentatio n was completed in a timely fashion in order to expedite my time there for which I am truly thankful. More

Best of the Whole Day! Great Experience! I was in search for my first car as a first time buyer. Ford was the first place my family and I stopped at, and from the moment we exited our car, we I was in search for my first car as a first time buyer. Ford was the first place my family and I stopped at, and from the moment we exited our car, we were greeted by Tristan Palmer. I must say, he was wonderful. From the simplest things such as accommodating us with beverages to being very informative about the cars I was interested in, especially the 2015 Ford Focus, which was my favorite. We took it out for a test drive and I loved it! I was still in the thought process of staying open-minded, so my family and I went to 4 other local dealerships in Melbourne FL. Ultimately, nothing compared to Ford, nothing! - In regards to the cars, the customer service, the environment, and the experience. - I test drove 4 other cars elsewhere, and I still had the best experience at Ford, and the 2015 Ford Focus was still on the top of my list. My family and I went back to test drive it once more, along with looking at other models as options. Once again, Tristan was right by our sides when we parked, answering any questions we had and being the best salesman I encountered throughout the day. Once I test drove the Focus for a 2nd time, I knew it was what I wanted. Through the whole paperwork process with Tristan, he was very helpful in making sure I understood how the whole process works and made me feel very comfortable and that I was making the right decision for myself, no doubt. The sales manager (Jeff Leggee) also assisted with questions that my father and our group had just to clarify some topics. It was great teamwork and work ethic on both of their levels! After finishing up with Tristan, he sent us to Finance, where I met Sandy. She was very helpful in explaining in-detail all the paperwork and extra offers that I could get with my new car. There was no hassle or confusion, which really made me feel at ease. Finishing up the final touches, and being handed the keys to my new car was one of the best feeling I have ever had. And my experience with Kelly Ford doesn't end there...I came back on Labor Day to get a Xzilon coat on my car. Tristan got the detailing team on it right when I got there, no waiting. Once they finished, Charyl gave me a walk-through of how the system works in my car. I learned so much that I didn't know and really got the hang of how all the functions work, which was great! I admire Ford and their employees for their efficiency in their customer service and providing the best experience possible with their customers. Even after buying the car, how much the dealership is there for their customers goes a long way..and I see Ford standing by their customers. That's the way it should be. I couldn't be happier with my purchase or experience - before, during, and after. Thank you Kelly Ford and all the employees who assisted me, you all deserve 100% gratitude! :) More
