We contacted Kelly via the internet and got immediate and responsive replies from sales person and internet consultant, Rick West. It was his professionalism and insightful advice that convinced us to head on down to Kelly Ford. Once there, we were hoping to make a deal that would include leaving our trade-in and driving home in the specific vehicle we wanted, at the price we had in mind. Rick seemed completely committed to making that happen, displaying patience and no pressure! Before we knew it, mission accomplished. I met John the next day, He was a total pleasure to work with. I actually had a good time buying car. John worked with Charlie to set up a great deal, that met my financial requirements, and allowed me time to return my currently leased vehicle. The Finance team took time to explain everything, and made the 'close' a painless, and 'pressure free' experience. I would gladly recommend Kelly Ford as a place to purchase a car/truck. More

Incredible Customer Service from beginning to end!! I received a flyer from the dealership. Usually I throw them out but this time I decided to check it out as I was in the market to find a newer vehicl I received a flyer from the dealership. Usually I throw them out but this time I decided to check it out as I was in the market to find a newer vehicle. I worked with Rick West. I am a transparent shoot straight from the hip person and I didn't want to play the car game with them. I told Rick what I was looking for and what I could afford and the financing company I wanted. Rick worked with his managers & finance director Sandra King, they knew everything up front and the dealership was respectful of my time and expectations. It was an incredible experience overall. I couldn't be happier. I would recommend Kelly Ford and Rick West to anyone that was looking to purchase a new car or used. He was extremely helpful but not "pushy" which is what we liked. We left that day and a few days later I decided I was ready to purchase so I contacted John and set up a time to meet. He remembered exactly what I wanted and helped me find the perfect car. Then he took us to Tommy and we were all able to collectively make an agreement. Frank Saladino and Kelly Ford well exceeded my expectations. Both Frank Saladino and Sandra Smith understood my need to get out of my old vehicle and into a new car with a better deal than I had. They both worked their "dealer magic" and helped me get the car of my dreams! Whatever Kelly Ford is paying them, it truly isn't enough!
