Unusual Deal done well! I purchased a car from Kelly from a CARS.COM listing. The thing is I am in Maryland and Kelly is in FL! Their internet salesperson Frank Saladino ma I purchased a car from Kelly from a CARS.COM listing. The thing is I am in Maryland and Kelly is in FL! Their internet salesperson Frank Saladino made it very easy to get the deal done and worked with me very smoothly. When I arrived to pick up the car for a mini vacation and then the drive home there were no surprises. The car was absolutely as Frank assured me it would be. Sandy in Finance had us in and out in no time - allowing us to spend a little extra time on the beach that day. Thanks guys! Oh - and ask Frank for a restaurant recommendation. BEYOND EXTRAORDINARY!!! Phil Pettus and Sandy Smith are the BEST OF THE BEST! I originally submitted an interest document through your website on one of your used vehicles. I Phil Pettus and Sandy Smith are the BEST OF THE BEST! I originally submitted an interest document through your website on one of your used vehicles. I needed to trade in my Excursion and purchase something a tad smaller! Phil responded that day via email and called me the next morning. I explained my situation and he directed me on what documents to bring so that they could make sure I received the best deal for my trade in. Phil was fabulous from the start explaining what cars I should actually be looking at in order to be financed (my divorce ruined my credit). He already had cars lined out for me to look at as well as what range I needed to be in with mileage and year of the vehicles. If that wasn't awesome enough, he then had me switch gears to leasing instead to help boost my credit. Also during our conversation while on a test drive, I happen to mention how my Dad always leased and that my Step-Mother had retired from Ford Motor Credit.... Phil immediately told me about the Z-plan and what I needed to do. Shortly after he went to turn in my papers, Sandi came over and introduced herself and reassured me that she was working to make sure things worked out for me. We went to her office and she worked her magic! Instead of leasing a new car .......... I was now buying a new car!!!!! WHAT?! WHAT?! Holy Cow, I never saw that coming!! I'm not sure who wanted to do the Happy Dance more ..... Me, Sandi, Phil or Charlie!! I was huggin' everybody!!! :) While I waited for the car to be detailed and then Phil said he would be right back that he wanted to fill the tank up with gas...... I called my girls and told them "Well, the bank wouldn't approve my loan to lease.... but they approved my loan to buy it!!" My children are still smiling about our new car and can't believe we now have a brand new car! There is sooooo much that these wonderful people did to ensure that one way or another I would get to leave with a car (other than my Excursion) that I would be here all day writing to get it all down. A prime example is Sandy picking up the phone and calling the lender to ask them to lower the rate for me! Who does that after a customer has already been approved?! SANDY DOES!!! Incredible, Fabulous, Wonderful, Amazing, Extraordinary People! Sandy and I will be besties from here on out! I have already been spreading the word at work about how wonderful these three people are and if you need a car this is where you need to go. I know that I am now a lifetime loyal customer. Buying a car for a woman could be a very intimidating experience. Phil is extremely patient and understanding, and made me feel like I was important. I have to be honest and say that Ford is not the car or make of my dreams, but if it means dealing with Phil..... I'm sticking to Ford for a while! I highly recommend this dealer and have nothing but good things to say about Phil and my experience there. He is devoted to what he does and knows what he is doing!! My finance person was Sandy and she was also great!!! Very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. My experience at Kelly Ford was wonderful and I will be back when I'm ready for a new car again!! More

Excellent Buying Experience We went to GatorChrysler first with a pre-approved finance letter. Looked at about 6 different caravans and town & country's, anything between 09-13. We went to GatorChrysler first with a pre-approved finance letter. Looked at about 6 different caravans and town & country's, anything between 09-13. Overpriced and no movement at all from the advertised price plus only wanted to give us about half to maybe a third of the value in our trade in. They would not provide rough interest rates based on banks in area, but looking at the 'rough estimates' I could tell it was very high. Next day a visit to Kelly was a complete flip flop. The advertised price on the van was exactly where we would expect it to be if not a couple grand less. No reason to haggle. Also came with a 3 month/4000 mile power train at no additional cost. They offered us over 4-times the trade in that gator offered! The financing was very reasonable for remaining balance after down and Rob was friendly, and straight forward with the numbers as was Sandra in Financing. Simply a great experience all around. More
