I have been at the dealership for over 24 years and am a 10 time Ford Motor Company Employee Excellence Award Winner for Exceptional Customer Service and have received the Best of the Best in Michiana for Car Sales Person every year since it was established. They brought my car home. I found the car I wanted at the Plymouth lot and Sandie worked to get it up here so I could drive it and made all the paperwork seamless. I had about 8 weeks left on my current lease (from another dealership) and finding a new car when I didn’t want to lease again on top of being unsure of the ‘End of Lease’ process but I was so very pleased at how easy everything was. I would recommend this group to anyone looking to buy or lease a new or used auto :-) More

First Big Purchase I purchased a used Fusion from Sandie & Tonya. This was my first big purchase on my own as an adult, so going in I was a little stressed. I was surpri I purchased a used Fusion from Sandie & Tonya. This was my first big purchase on my own as an adult, so going in I was a little stressed. I was surprised & thankful for how easy the buying process was. I never, at any point felt as if was being moved along as just another customer. They, along with their colleagues, took the time to go over every detail, making sure I understood how the financing, payment, & function of everything. When I went to pick up my car they were happy to go over anything I asked, they even made sure my phone was paired and ready to go before leaving. I will absolutely consider them in future when it comes to my car needs. More
