I have been at the dealership for over 24 years and am a 10 time Ford Motor Company Employee Excellence Award Winner for Exceptional Customer Service and have received the Best of the Best in Michiana for Car Sales Person every year since it was established. If I'm not here I'm doing things with my Church and my extended family. I believe serving my customers well, above all else, is how I have developed a large and loyal customer base over the years! Quick and easy Great place to do business. Very friendly and courteous. Truck was cleaned and detailed before delivery. All the paperwork was reviewed with us. My o Great place to do business. Low pressure I found everyone very friendly. They went out of their way to transport a car from a dealership over an hour away to test drive and see. After I decid I found everyone very friendly. After I decided to purchase they recommended the usual extras such as rustproofing , paint protection etc but didn’t flip out when I said no like past experiences.
