I have been at the dealership for over 24 years and am a 10 time Ford Motor Company Employee Excellence Award Winner for Exceptional Customer Service and have received the Best of the Best in Michiana for Car Sales Person every year since it was established. From the moment we first made contact with the dealership our sales person Sandie was terrific. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at and didn't try to pressure us into making a purchase. Every part of the purchase was handled professionally. We checked prices at other dealerships and ended up getting a nicer vehicle for less than what the others wanted. We will definitely be for future purchases. More

I asked Sandie Owen to work up the price of an escape while I was waiting. She asked a few questions, went and found an appropriate Escape, talked with me and the sale was made. I like dealing with Sandie because she doesn't do the normal wheeling and dealing and game playing that most car sales people do. The sale was simple and easy and I feel comfortable with her and would encourage anyone else to go to her. More
