Follow up calls were done when promised and I was given a salesman's name who was waiting for me at my appointment time. When you first walk in the door you feel that this is a great place to be, not just to shop but the employees made the atmosphere enjoyable. Mark was very patient and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. I had the opportunity to speak to other staff members: Tony, Jordan and the Gerneal manager Jerry all super helpful. My boyfriend and I walked around the lot checking out the cars and prices. We worked with Pete Thibodeau he was very helpful and full of knowledge about cars. The car that I did purchase was not on Marty Cancila's lot but Pete assured me that as soon as the car came in he would give me a call to come check it out. Pete was prompt and on time with getting me in to look at the car possibly before someone else checked it out. Once shown the car i began to get nervous because i had not bought a car in the last 12 years. Long story short I purchased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee which I have grown to love. Pete Thibodeau was very helpful and eased my mind of purchasing a car. He has helped me in the process of buying the car and after and i really appreciate his great customer service. I would definitely recommend Pete Thibodeau and Marty Cancila to anyone I know looking to purchase a new car. More

After speaking with them I felt like they truly cared and put forth effort to make it happen. I didn't feel slighted not one bit. I am beyond grateful for how we were treated and how sincere they were in helping us. Not to mention we had already been turned down at previous dealerships. Also this was our second purchase from this dealership and the first time does not stand a chance to this go around. It just felt genuine and the process for US was quick and easy. I'd recommend anyone give them a chance! Great team to work with. More
