My past two oil changes have taken 2 1/2 hours and communication is not great. Both times I went to counter out of frustration of getting no updates and my vehicle "just got done" they said, but they communication is not great. Came in for an oil change with nothing wrong with my truck not one leak from anywhere. The next day radiator was leaking with two cracks on the bottom on each side of the radiator. I haven't even had t truck not one leak from anywhere. The next day radiator was leaking with two cracks on the bottom on each side of the radiator. I haven't even had this new radiator for two years. No one knows what happened now I'm on my third radiator in a 2019 Ram. SMH More
