I’ve been without a car Title since 1/12/26, and it’s now 4/17-26. I’ve misled & lied to since day one at Clement. They are NOT transparent & they talk slick: A Financier tried to RUSH me when I was signing 4/17-26. I’ve misled & lied to since day one at Clement. They are NOT transparent & they talk slick: A Financier tried to RUSH me when I was signing for my car. I told him that my home address was INCORRECT, and told me, “ that’s ok, we’ll fix it later.” Needless to say, I DID NOT SIGN anything until he showed me the correct address on said document. Guess what? They CLAIM to have mailed my Title to the incorrect address!! 3 times!!! The integrity is null & void in that place More

Cortez was great to work with. He was very helpful in finding a vehicle that was within our budget, mileage, and preference. My concern with the dealership is the fact that some of the things normally experienced with buying a car wasn't in place such as giving us only one key fob and charging a $620 administrative fee that is for no other reason that dealer profit according to the statement posted that is required by law. We understand financial documents have to come through the mail, but we also have to wait for copy of inspection to come through the mail. There was also only one extended warranty option for almost $5,000. The experience was average. More
