Follow up calls were done when promised and I was given a salesman's name who was waiting for me at my appointment time. When you first walk in the door you feel that this is a great place to be, not just to shop but the employees made the atmosphere enjoyable. Mark was very patient and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. I had the opportunity to speak to other staff members: Tony, Jordan and the Gerneal manager Jerry all super helpful. Everyone says hi, they have really awesome customer service skills. Pete Thibodeau really makes you feel welcomed. He kept a conversation going with me and my boyfriend all day when I was there. Not once did I feel like I wasn't welcomed or important. Pete is just an amazing employee. He needs a raise! Jordan and Pete did a really nice job making sure I got the jeep I wanted. I love everything about that jeep! They did an amazing job overall. Everyone should get there jeeps, cars, or trucks from there! You'll love everything about Marty Cancila! :) Also, before I forget Mike Hilfink is amazing with working with you about money. We worked together and he gave me a more affordable deal that I can work with. This place is awesome! More

We discussed coming down to look at his inventory from almost 200 miles away for two weeks. It was Jim's product knowledge, patient demeanor, and professionallism that brought us to his desk. Upon meeting Jim my wife and I both commented that he was exactly what we had hoped he would be in person. Jim is NOT a shiny shoed car salesman full of deals and buzzwords. He's honest, fair, and full of technical knowledge about many makes and models. The showroom and support staff were all first class. The total experience could not have been better! Before we left with our new vehicle they made sure we had all of our questions answered! My wife loves her new van!
