They made me pay a diagnostic fee that was included in my warranty that I shouldn’t have had to cover. Then I called my warranty company and was told the dealership never submitted a claim for the vehicle af warranty that I shouldn’t have had to cover. Then I called my warranty company and was told the dealership never submitted a claim for the vehicle after having it diagnosed. THEN had me waiting another whole week before giving me an update on whether or not the warranty company could cover the axle that the warranty company confirmed themselves was covered! You would think they’d at least fix the parts covered by my warranty but they didn’t. Had a supposed meeting with everyone above the service and parts manager and came to the conclusion that I needed to report this to my insurance because it was an insurance thing even though I told them my car was NOT involved in any collision. As of now my car is still down because i’ve wasted time, money and resources trying to get what parts I could covered by my warranty company just to end up with neither being covered. More

I took my Hellcat here for service & it was stolen from them Aug 16 2024 they did nothing to help me & was very dismissive they didn’t care at all & did nothing to help me the owner is Tony Cancila & they them Aug 16 2024 they did nothing to help me & was very dismissive they didn’t care at all & did nothing to help me the owner is Tony Cancila & they have no way for you to even get in touch with him they left my car out vulnerable to theft overnight & turned my kill switch off i don’t care what nobody says it seemed like a inside job i was told by police they have cars stolen from them often & they don’t care to do anything about it i wouldn’t recommend them to anyone More
