Samantha was assigned to assist us, and she was absolutely fantastic. We asked to test drive a vehicle, and Samantha made it happen right away, providing us with the car and guiding us through all its incredible features. This was our first time buying a brand-new car, and Samantha took the time to answer all our questions, walking us through every step of the process and making us feel totally at ease. Thanks to her help, we were able to get approved for a beautiful Kia K4 GT-Line, and we couldn't be more excited! We also had the pleasure of working with Peter Choe, the finance manager, who was equally fantastic, discussing extended warranties and finalizing everything in a smooth and efficient manner. As a special touch, Samantha took some memorable photos of us with our new car—a gesture we truly appreciated! Before we left, she even set up our cell phones and showed us how to use the car’s features, ensuring we were all set for our drive home. Samantha was just the best to work with on the deal for our new K4. Been with Kia since 2019 and this is our third Kia. The brand has never disappointed us and being from the East Coast I was concerned abo our new K4. Been with Kia since 2019 and this is our third Kia. The brand has never disappointed us and being from the East Coast I was concerned about finding an honest and reputable dealership in SoCal as the dealership that handled my last two deals were just awesome and I trusted them to be fair. Many, many dealerships in SoCal have the worst reviews and have horrible reputations so I was very concerned about finding a dealership that wouldn’t be scammy and dishonest. Mission Viejo Kia was the one I found through research to be consistently great with honesty and fair deals and fair pricing on trades as well. The Manager and the Finance Manager were equally as great. But Samantha our Client Sales Representative was the absolute best! She was kind, patient and spent a great deal of time to ensure we were satisfied during the entire process. We value our experience with this dealership. Although the dealership is almost 70 miles from home, I will not visit any other Kia dealerships in the area for our service needs or anything we may need. More
