She also sent paperwork ahead to fill out to minimize our purchase time. The car was what was promised, paperwork with Veronica went very smoothly and we now own a car we're very happy with. Our saleswoman, Samantha, was on time for our appointment, prepared, had made sure to do the leg work ahead of time, and she passed us off to their financing department with Veronica who was similarly knowledgeable and prepared. For a process that often is long and frankly not very fun, this was about as stress-free an experience as I could have expected. Will definitely recommend in the future. More
