I recently had service completed at Mike Barney Nissan and had an excellent experience. The service department was professional, organized, and efficient from start to finish. One employee in particula and had an excellent experience. The service department was professional, organized, and efficient from start to finish. One employee in particular stood out was Sal. He was constantly helping customers, making sure everyone was comfortable, offering rides when needed, checking on wait times, and making sure people had refreshments while they waited. Even though I did not end up needing a ride, he made sure I had everything I needed and checked in throughout my visit. His attention to customer service did not go unnoticed. I was in and out in about two hours, enjoyed complimentary coffee and a ginger ale while I waited, and felt well taken care of the entire time. It’s rare to see someone who genuinely goes above and beyond for every customer, but that was clearly the case during my visit. Mike Barney Nissan should be proud to have employees like Sal who provide this level of service. It made for a great experience, and I would not hesitate to return for future service. More

Always really good about getting the work done pretty quickly. They're also great about checking for recalls and keep track of all maintenance for me.
