I'm disappointed to say my last couple of appointments have not gone well. Two visits ago I brought our Rogue in for a nys inspection. Other work was found and had it done but the shop forgot to place the have not gone well. Two visits ago I brought our Rogue in for a nys inspection. Other work was found and had it done but the shop forgot to place the nys sticker on the windshield ( which I had to come back and have another inspection to get a sticker). At the beginning of this appointment I asked if the cvt transmission could be checked as I've heard similar Nissans have had issues. I was told at less than 40,000 mile it didn't need to be checked. This now brings us to my last appointment which I was told the transmission needs to be repaired at a cost of more than $7,000. Having bought this car new from your store and Nissan making its customers pay for services on a part with widely known issues (and not doing a recall) is more than disappointing. More

The guys there in the service department (esp. Leon and Ben) and the woman who got a hold of them to have Dave pick me up are really good guys. They are always happy to help.
