This place is a total scam please …beware do not send your wife in there alone !!!A simple oil change turned into a 3 week disaster because the under qualified technician destroyed the skid plate bolts your wife in there alone !!!A simple oil change turned into a 3 week disaster because the under qualified technician destroyed the skid plate bolts and still couldn’t get the oil filter off . They just changed the oil but not the oil filter then said the frame is so rusted on a 2021 that the bolts just snapped off !!!!she put me on FaceTime and insisted to show her the proof then everything changed as they could no longer lie and you can clearly see the damage a under qualified technician did with all this being said I fixed the skid plate and snapped bolts on my back in the drive way in 45 mnz. ..which the under qualified tech said they were unable to do it…lol what a joke they destroy and you have to fix …what a-shame this was my local dealership not anymore! More
