No urgency to diagnose a fairly simple repair. It took from 7/24/26 when we had the car towed into the dealership until late in the day on 8/10/26 to replace a faulty transmission fluid cooler. No It took from 7/24/26 when we had the car towed into the dealership until late in the day on 8/10/26 to replace a faulty transmission fluid cooler. No return calls on multiple occasions. The dealership sold us a worthless extended warranty that paid nothing toward the repair, the tow or a rental car. Charged over $1,800 for replacement of the transmission oil cooler. No offer of a loaner when there were many delays caused by lack of urgency on the dealer's part. I will never go back to Mike Barney Nissan and will tell everyone I know about this horrible experience. More

The guys there in the service department (esp. Leon and Ben) and the woman who got a hold of them to have Dave pick me up are really good guys. They are always happy to help.
