I had a great experience with Davis Pham and Daphne Benedict at Frisco CDJR. I ordered a set of tires through them and they handled everything from start to finish. The service that this dealership used to be impeccable. I am surprised at the turnover rate and the service department given the fact that I have a grand wagoneer, it is disappointing that during the holid I am surprised at the turnover rate and the service department given the fact that I have a grand wagoneer, it is disappointing that during the holiday season, even with an appointment, the vehicle could not be serviced timely and that there is no loner. Vehicle In light of the investment, it would seem to me that a loner would be made available and perhaps in consideration of my next purchase. That will be a question to ask of the. Respective dealership, these small gestures that used to be included. When I had the vehicle service, there are not even a consideration. And it had been the level of service, those small gestures that convinced me to use this dealership for service Vs the others. In the area, Ryan, who had to explain the service agreement to us after Dakota left for the day. It may have been the saving grace for this dealership and the only reason I may have indicated.I would return. More
