Their system for texting a link to customer to view recommended work did not work well, leaving me confused. I had to talk to someone to get the right information. I also felt like no one cared about me as a customer ( with the exception of one woman who answered a call). Seems like they have plenty of business and therefore gave no effort to help me. Also, I brought my car to Gettel because another service center, whom I trust, suggested I go to the dealer because an emissions issue should be covered by warranty. That shop told me I didn't need any other repairs at the moment. Gettel told me the emissions repair was not under warranty and gave a list of suggested work totaling about $4,000! More
