Russell was extremely rude, not welcoming, and condescending. If I could give him 0 stars I would. He talked over me and was completely uninterested in the problems I was having. Instead, he blame condescending. If I could give him 0 stars I would. He talked over me and was completely uninterested in the problems I was having. Instead, he blamed them on me instead of the dealership. Will never make an appointment with him again. I didn't even want to go back for my vehicle and encounter him again. More
