He wasn’t very cordial but I’m okay with that. He called me and told me the car was ready to pick up. After I asked him if the check engine light was now off he said yes. I came to pick up the ca He called me and told me the car was ready to pick up. After I asked him if the check engine light was now off he said yes. I came to pick up the car that evening after the service department was closed only to discover the check engine light was still on, after I spent $560.00 plus ! I had to make the one hour trip back to Gettel the next day to have another service call. Also, my tires were not inflated to the 40lbs cold that I requested. Probably not Russels fault, he did notate it. I’m very happy with the 2017 Niro I still have and the 2023 Niro I purchased from Gettel. Not happy with the service department. Maybe next time I’ll be treated like the loyal Kia customer I am, if I come back. Also, Russel is not very knowledgeable about the Kia/iphone set up. He eventually fixed my screen but initially blamed my iphone! I dislike to be that guy who complains but you asked and I’m being honest. Call me if you want 6318044628 Sal Palacino More
