Russell is very communicative and always so friendly when I come in. He even offers to get me an Uber to wherever I need to wait for my car to be serviced. Finally, after 2 months of waiting for 2nd key and remote, and getting the run-around, I finally got it. Communication updates were not supplied. It occurs that the service department was short staffed as I called in to get updates and was unable to reach anyone. I was told each time I called d It occurs that the service department was short staffed as I called in to get updates and was unable to reach anyone. I was told each time I called during the duration of the service this was an issue. Also the first available appointment scheduled, was scheduled several weeks in advance as first availability. The issue I brought the car in for still exists, I was told they were unable to determine why my car wasn't starting and that I would have to wait for it to become non operational before it could be repaired. I was hoping to resolve the issue. I feel like I was without my car for 5 1/2 hours for a car wash. Next time I'll use my local mechanic. More
