Just bought a new Prius from this dealer and LOVE it. I looked at Acuras for months before finally going to test drive the Prius. It really does get around 50 mpg. Both Will and Russell made every effort to make me happy and explain all the features to me since I there are a lot of different things about a Prius. There was another salesman that helped me with the navigation system, cannot say that I would have bought the car if I had dealt with him from the beginning but I don't remember his name. Will and Russell always seemed to straight with me and I have not been disappointed with my car at all. The only really frustrated part of my purchase is that I had to put a hold on my car since they are in such a high demand and had to wait about 2 weeks before it came in but it was just as they described to me and so far I have no regrets. I have bought 3 cars from Germain Toyota before and cannot say that I wish I had gone back because Toyota Direct did take care of me. I would definitely recommend both Will and Russell to anyone family or friend that was looking to buy a Toyota. More

This was my first new vehicle purchase and called around to several dealerships before I contacted Toyota Direct. When I called Toyota Direct, Russell answered the phone and was cordial right from the begi to several dealerships before I contacted Toyota Direct. When I called Toyota Direct, Russell answered the phone and was cordial right from the beginning. He let me know that he would work on my side to get the deal I was looking for. I told him what I wanted to pay and he made it happen. While we were waiting for the finance manager, he made my wife and I feel very comfortable. He's very laid back and just a genuine person. I would recommend him to anybody looking to buy a car/truck hastle-free. Thanks Russell! More

Russell and the sales managers were there to help us with our decisions on my wife's car and eventually worked her into an affordable lease on a 2011. We were very happy with the selections shown to us and with the "deal" we made in order to move up to a 2011 Rave 4. While working with my wife, they also inquired if they could help me with my lease options on my 2007 Camry. Again they presented options and selections that surprised me. I ended up leasing a 2011 Carmy the same day. We were never pressured, were always treated with respect and as valued customer. We had dealt with another "local" Toyota dealership in the past (actually bought or leased 23 cars, all for my wife and 3 children, new and used cars in past 21 years) and do not think we ever have ever had the same high level of respect and end to end courtesy that we received from Russell and the Toyota Direct Staff. I will go back to Toyota Dierct for my next car. More

My salesman, Russell Doddroe, was not only very friendly, courteous and professional but he was very knowledgable about the Toyota brand. He explained everything about the 2011 Toyota Camry I needed or wanted to know. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of by staying open late past closing time while I was test driving a car of another brand at another dealership. Russell and his son Derrek were so kind to drive me back to work the next day before I took delivery of the new car that day when I had no way of getting back after dropping off the rental car I was driving. What a pleasant surprise it was when Russell presented my shiny and prepped new Camry to me with a congratulations banner on the windshield along with helium balloons. I would highly recommend Russell Doddroe to anyone buying a car. More
