From the second Mark and I exchanged hello I could tell already it was going to be a great experience. A good friend recommended me to go to BMW of Freehold.I A good friend recommended me to go to BMW of Freehold. I initially met with Billy Lauer a month before I was ready to get a new car. He wasn't pushy A good friend recommended me to go to BMW of Freehold. I initially met with Billy Lauer a month before I was ready to get a new car. He wasn't pushy and took the time to explain the different options and asking me what I was looking for. He didn't try to change my mind to get into a car that day. He didn't try to push me into options I didn't want or need. He searched to locate and give me an idea of pricing. For a couple of weeks I did go to one other dealership to see more of the colors and the client advisor didn't listen to a word I told him what I was looking for and tried to upsell me a car I wasn't interested in. The following month when it was time, I scheduled to meet with Billy and working with him and Dori Dado made the decision so easy. It was a busy Saturday and took a while to get to the final steps in Finance but once I got to meet Russ, he made it simple and quick to complete the paper work. That day I drove off with the exact car I was looking for. It's only been around 1.5 weeks in my new car and loving it so far. Originally being from Freehold.. I am glad to work with them. Thanks Billy and Dori! I will definitely recommend others I now looking into BMW to visit you guys in Freehold! More

I had very particular wants in my car, and could not find them anywhere. I worked with Nic the sales manager, who located a car that met my entire wish list and then made me an offer I could not refuse (def them anywhere. My only concern was that it was so easy, less than 15 minutes, that maybe I had missed something, but everything was as promised. I then worked with Mark E, and Ruslan who were super accommodating and knowledgeable. This was definitely the best car experience I have ever had. I believe the fact that everyone I dealt with has worked there for a long time, means they are focused on repeat business. The greatest complement I can give is that I would definitely look here first whenever buying a BMW, and both my wife and daughter are thinking of getting BMWs just because my experience was so good. More
