Mike was great. He was very professional and handled everything within a reasonable time. The only issue I have is reaching someone in the service department or getting in touch with a manager. I purchased my vehicle less than a month ago and the dealership refuses to change my brakes. My dashboard has indicated my rear brakes need to be changed for 3 weeks now which is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location. More

I am glad we met John when we went to BMW dealership looking for our first BMW. We found him to be very knowledgable about all the technical features of the BMWs. John was a great guy to work with. He was very courteous, respectful and patient. He understood our requirements. He went over the functions of all the technical aspects of the car when we took the delivery and told us to call him if we needed any more information. This was very reassuring at our age.
