Not only is the facility beau family! I’ve been leasing Hondas for years now & this location has been one of the best/smoothest experiences I’ve had. Not only is the facility beautiful, but they have a great team from sales, to managers, to finance. I have to give a special shoutout to Mike in sales. Normally when I car shop, I feel pressured & I don’t feel heard. Mike made me feel quite the opposite. He listened to me & really made an effort to work with me. I also felt he was honest which is not usually a word people use to describe people in sales (haha). Rose in finance was also great, super friendly, & easy to talk to. Nothing ever felt pushy, but they did make me aware of my options which made me want to give them my business even more. I will definitely return to Valley Honda for future business! More
