I brought my 20yo daughter to Valley Honda after having visited four dealerships. Salesman Sal Capra took time to listen to what she wanted and then showed her all the features of the vehicle prior to a te visited four dealerships. Salesman Sal Capra took time to listen to what she wanted and then showed her all the features of the vehicle prior to a test drive and before he remotely knew a sale would occur. This was not a new, high priced vehicle. It was a used, medium priced vehicle, yet Sal treated her as if it was the highest price vehicle at the dealership. I was surprised to learn Sal had sons and not daughters, with the way he treated my daughter. This process was about her, not just a sale. I highly recommend Sal Capra and sales Manager Jack for their sincere customer care. They’ve likely made me a future Honda customer for my next vehicle as this is our first Honda.
