Lance is definitely the reason we came back to Valley, but really appreciate how kind the whole staff is, from reception to the service team. Also enjoyed working with Rose on completing the final paperwork for our new Pilot. Overall, it really feels like Valley appreciates their employees and the customer (sadly not all dealerships are this way), but this will keep us coming back to Valley for sure! More
