We looked at inventory on the lot, test drove a similar vehicle, searched the inventory for exactly what we wanted and found the car that we ended up leasing. Management worked with us regarding the trade in value of my wife's car to make this deal work which was greatly appreciated. Dan in finance was very friendly and helpful as well, gave us some important information regarding the vehicle options and made the paperwork aspect as painless as possible. After everything was completed our new Q5 was presented to us outside, Tia took the time to show us how to set everything up and gave us some useful tips before we departed. Overall, my wife and I were very satisfied with every aspect of this experience and highly recommend this dealership. More

5 Star service My car began showing evidence of a cooling problem and I drove to the dealership at Audi San Diego immediately as I was nearby. I did not have an app My car began showing evidence of a cooling problem and I drove to the dealership at Audi San Diego immediately as I was nearby. I did not have an appointment and could see that they were really busy. I was treated as though they were expecting me and did not feel that I was any type of imposition by just dropping in. I was provided a loaner car on the spot and assured that my car would be looked at a promptly as possible. I received an update the next morning that the issue was diagnosed and that the necessary parts were being ordered to complete the repair. I received very friendly and accommodating service from my representative, Brett Van Gompel and even was greeted and checked on by Mark Monell the service manager. When I came back to pick up may car after the service was completed, even some of the other service representatives (Damien and Scott) recognized me and made me feel welcome. This team clearly has a service orientation and it shows. The facility is spotless and all the team members seem to be on the same page. While I would prefer to never have an issue requiring an unscheduled maintenance visit to the dealership, the group at Audi San Diego makes it a positive experience. Thank you Audi.
