Our service adviser, Manny Gastelum has always been a pleasure to deal with. When scheduling the service appointment, he makes the appointment time convenient for me to get in, and has a loaner vehicle available. He greets us when we arrive, and is ready to take the car and have the service performed. The loaners are always in great condition. The service is always completed when promised, and Manny keeps me posted as the work progresses. When we pick the car up, again, Manny is ready and has the car clean and ready to roll when we arrive. This last visit, we were interested in learning about the eTron. Our old friend, Ron Mangseth, the new GM of the facility was happy to arrange for us to see the eTron and get us to have have a test drive. We have decided to wait for the GT next year, but the experience at Audi San Diego makes everything so pleasant, that the buying decision has no pressure involved. Try the new vehicle and then decide if the car is right. If not, wait for what you really like. We really enjoy working with Audi San Diego. They make the ownership experience great. More

I have owned luxury cars for over 25 years and usually replace my car at 3 year intervals. The service at the other luxury car dealerships has always been lacking to say the best. I purchased my first Audi SQ5 about a year ago and it is the best car I have ever owned! I love the car and on top of it I have Audi San Diego to take care of the car. The five star treatment at this dealership is evident from the sales to the service departments! It is truly great to be able to write this review.
