Great dealership, great sales team, great product!! Only thing to watch out for is their $1,000 tracking chip they try to sell in the final minutes of the deal. Also, if your a cash buyer they still run yo thing to watch out for is their $1,000 tracking chip they try to sell in the final minutes of the deal. Also, if your a cash buyer they still run your credit to attempt to sell you a loan. These issues are not due to the sales person or the finance person - this is the general mangers decision on how to run a business (general manager never responded to my email question on the finance portion which negatively impacted my credit). More

Thankful for George I am very grateful to George for all his help in a very stressful time. San Diego Audi and George went over and above for me. They took 2 weeks to find the issue with my car but very pleased that they took their time to solve the issue. Service department especially George is excellent. Not pleased that they did slight damage to my bumper and never took care of it. Also it's new to me and I have tried 2 times to get them to help me set up the Audi app on my phone and they have never returned my calls. Spend $1500 for nothing I went to the service shop because the engine light was on. I also requested 75K maintenance and they suggested to change the tire, so I approved. They changed my tire-maintenance first, and then checked my engine. They found a problem of my engine and quoted for $4,430 additional charge. Who the xxxx in the world perform others when there is engine light on? Next time when you request a service to them, please request them in an order. They don't know which task is more important and must be performed before other tasks. Otherwise, they will do anything that cannot be redone first, so you have to pay. The service consultant was nice, but there is nothing he could do. More

Worst Customer Service Ever I took my S4 in for a service, brake fluid exchange, and CV boot replacement, which turned into a month long ordeal. It took them 3 weeks to remove on I took my S4 in for a service, brake fluid exchange, and CV boot replacement, which turned into a month long ordeal. It took them 3 weeks to remove one bolt to get to the CV boot (a simple one day job) and in the process they damaged suspension components and bushings, before trying to sell me $2,300 worth of parts that had been damaged. Worst of all, during this 3 week process, they neglected to update me on anything. I called the dealership over 20 times, texted my service representative dozens of times and got no response 90% of the time. I had to go into the dealership on two occasions just to get a response and update on my car. Finally, to get my car returned, I had to call Audi of North America and file a complaint. After doing this, it took another 3 days to get my car back. When returned to me, I found that there was a bad noise coming from the corner of the car that was worked on, and when I inspected it I found a damaged bushing, and severely damaged knuckle/control arm. While working on the car, they used a hammer and vice grips to remove the bolt, damaging many other components in the process. I have asked them to replace the parts that were clearly damaged, and i'm still waiting for a definitive response on this. As of right now, they have only agreed to inspect the car. Absolutely horrible customer service and quality of work all around. More
