I can't say enough about how great Elias was to help me pick out the best car for me and my family. He was so accommodating for me and my son and gave us the best experience we could have asked for. He went that extra mile and didn't make us feel rushed eventhough both times I came in to ask questions about buying a new car I came in super late right before closing. Elias and the entire staff were so great every time we came in and made the whole buying experience from the start to the finish so enjoyable for my son that it was like he was at an amusement park how much fun he was having. The staff was very patient with him as he was running all around in excitement. He was literally dancing with joy for how excited he was about buying a Mazda and for that I will remember for a lifetime and from my experience you at Elgin Biggers Mazda you now have a lifetime Mazda owner.
