I’ve been coming to Spirit for about 30 yrs since 1994 and the service staff has always been outstanding to me as well as my Dad when he was alive The management team is schooled in great customer service and the service staff has always been outstanding to me as well as my Dad when he was alive The management team is schooled in great customer service led by Ron Baus and general Mgr Mike Baus. Had a issue with my Ram truck, There was concern I had regarding the repair and how “RAM” corporate came up with their repair plan and diagnostics, after sitting down with the service manager and Ron, the regarding the repair and how “RAM” corporate came up with their repair plan and diagnostics, after sitting down with the service manager and Ron, the owner, they put me at ease and gained my confidence.
