Outsatnding Service, Great experience I was looking for a very specific vehicle and Spirit had what I was looking for. I began by contacting Sean Dudley, the Internet sales person. He resp I was looking for a very specific vehicle and Spirit had what I was looking for. I began by contacting Sean Dudley, the Internet sales person. He responded to me very quickly and sent me several pictures of the vehicle. Shortly after I was contacted by Ed Underwood, who would be my sales person. I explained what I was interested in and that I lived 2 hrs. from them and wanted to get as much done prior to my visit. He was VERY accommodating and took care of all my needs quickly. Spirit also made selling my previous car to an outside party quick and painless even though the buyer caused a bit of an issue. When I arrived at the dealership, Ed along with Mike and Ronald Baus (owners) introduced themselves to me. Due to some minor issues with the sale of my car the staff stayed well after closing time to get me on my way and at no time did they give me the impression that they were inconvenienced by this. I will make the 2 hr drive again when I am ready to buy another vehicle. I just wish they were closer so I could get my vehicle serviced there. More

I have purchased vehicles from this dealership in the past and have always found them to be fair and friendly toward me and my family members that I send here to purchase vehicles. They have a great attitude of treating a customer the way that customer would like to be treated. I also take my vehicles to Spirit for maintenance. The service department is great to work with. They tell you what is wrong with your vehicle (if anything) and they tell you to watch out for things that are getting close to needing repair, so you can determine when to fix something. They provide a FREE 16 point inspection of your vehicle every time you go in; even if it's just for an oil change. They care about your car and they care about you! More
