For the most part, they try to complete the repairs on time. Sometimes what is found was not expected and they are quick to inform me and let me know what they found and how long it will take to fix the time. They don’t fix the issue they just put a bandaid on it so the customer can come back 7 months later and pay full price because the car is out of warranty at that point. This was an old school dealership. I absolutely loved it. All the ppl were friendly the store was extremely accommodating. If they didn’t have what I wanted, they looked all over.
