Hi my name is Romy Cruz I have worked here at the Elk Grove Toyota since they opened the new dealership here in the Elk Grove auto mall. Working with Toyota Elk Grove to buy my new car was such an incredibly positive experience. My first calls were with Regina Nickels, and she is amazing! She went above and beyond in helping my wife and I reserve the car we wanted, and was such a pleasure to talk with in every interaction. I had called every Toyota dealership within 75 miles of where I live looking for the best deal and dealership to work with, and this location was the best by far. They tried to sell some extra add-ons, but weren't too pushy and I didn't feel pressured to get anything I didn't want. Professional, easy to work with, and we got our car at MSRP (which is practically unheard of right now!!) Next time I go looking for another Toyota vehicle I'm not wasting my time with any other dealership and I'll be coming right back to Elk Grove. More

Elk Grove Toyota Dealership has a stellar Sales Representative (Romy) who made my experience on the lot a highly pleasant one. Romy was genuine, patient and didn't pressure me at any point during Representative (Romy) who made my experience on the lot a highly pleasant one. Romy was genuine, patient and didn't pressure me at any point during my visit to the lot. As a Senior citizen, I appreciated Romy's calm manner and that he didn't flinch while researching every point presented to him by this customer. I presented a scroll of questions and noticed how Romy seemed fine (he convinced me he was) with answering and looking up exhaustive information while I pondered my decision. At the end of the visit (approximately 2-3 hours), it was as if we were kindred spirits. The only reason I didn't make the purchase was that the only viable option for me was a vehicle with over 100,000 miles and my family advised against it. I probably would have made the purchase if left to my own devices. I would be happy to work with the Romy again. Romy's experience and knowledge of his craft is impeccable. The younger sales person's on the lot didn't seem as patient and sort of looked away when I pulled up in my l997 Ford Explorer as if they were judging me. Just my opinion. Romy is most approachable. I have had the pleasure of purchasing 2 vehicles from Elk Grove Toyota and it has to be one of the best if not THE best experience both times that I have ever had dealing with ANY dealership. Regina helped m Grove Toyota and it has to be one of the best if not THE best experience both times that I have ever had dealing with ANY dealership. Regina helped me both times locating the vehicle I needed and went above and beyond in making sure every thing went smoothly and we got exactly the vehicle we wanted and NO MSRP markup !! What a huge difference between them and other dealers in the Bay Area and other locations that are GOUGING buyers right now specially on hybrids. Regina was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made the whole process like clock work. The sales rep and finance dept reps were also pleasant and efficient and the whole process both times could not have been better. I don't think I will ever look anywhere else if I am ever buying a Toyota. Despite a drive for me from the Bay Area, I will always return to Elk Grove for my future Toyota needs. Heartening to see a dealership with some compassion for the buyer these days. More
