My name is Samir Khan. I started in the automotive profession in 2008 with Porsche Pakistan. I was working as a sales consultant, marketing , planning management and customer relations. I want to excel in a competitive environment by the virtue of hard work and proper utilization of my scholastic aptitude and experience in the car business. I am a new addition to the Elk Grove family and loving every moment of it. I enjoy making customers happy and satisfying their vehicle needs. For me the car business isn't about selling cars, it's about educating people and helping them make an important decision that will be with them for many years. After my son had a great experience buying his 2024 Prius, we visited this dealership and had a similar positive experience finding the perfect Corolla Cross Hybrid. I have had the pleasure of purchasing 2 vehicles from Elk Grove Toyota and it has to be one of the best if not THE best experience both times that I have ever had dealing with ANY dealership. Regina helped m Grove Toyota and it has to be one of the best if not THE best experience both times that I have ever had dealing with ANY dealership. Regina helped me both times locating the vehicle I needed and went above and beyond in making sure every thing went smoothly and we got exactly the vehicle we wanted and NO MSRP markup !! What a huge difference between them and other dealers in the Bay Area and other locations that are GOUGING buyers right now specially on hybrids. Regina was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made the whole process like clock work. The sales rep and finance dept reps were also pleasant and efficient and the whole process both times could not have been better. I don't think I will ever look anywhere else if I am ever buying a Toyota. Despite a drive for me from the Bay Area, I will always return to Elk Grove for my future Toyota needs. Heartening to see a dealership with some compassion for the buyer these days. More

Salespeople were very helpful. They were honest and not pushy. Loan process and docs signing were quick. Extended warranty was offered with different option that fits our budget.
